Returns & Refunds

If your order has not yet been processed (meaning a shipping label has not been created), it may be canceled for a full refund. Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been generated, cancellations are no longer available.

You will receive an email confirmation once your shipping label has been created and your order has been shipped.

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number must be provided within the 7-day window and emailed to: info@purebeings.co.

Once the product is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
